Upper Township - The new teacher evaluation methods that NJ schools are forced to use are absurd. Teacher evaluations usually come down to whether administrators like you or not. If you have good classes and are friends with administrators, you'll get good evaluations. If you have bad classes and are not friends with administrators, you'll get bad evaluations. New teacher evaluations are among several things destroying teacher morale.
