Upper Township - More wasted tax dollars. The school board and Township Committee should be voted out. According to an article printed in a local newspaper about the solar fields behind the school, the school board only listed the cost of the electric for the first year. How about years two through 15? Ask yourself a question; would you buy a car and only know what your payment was going to be the first year? Most likely not. This is how the township committee and school board operate, nobody pays attention so the wasteful spending continues.
