Upper Township - It’s high time for EZ-Pass to have a prepaid option instead of linking everything to your card and taking money out automatically. No excuses. This will bury drivers who are on extremely fixed incomes and those who don’t already have an account. To all concerned, call and/or email the Turnpike Authority, attend their meetings (if they have any) and speak up loud. I know I will.
