I think it's time municipalities take Animal Control off the pay

Upper Township - I think it's time municipalities take Animal Control off the payroll. Pay them after they've done the work. When you call them bc you found someone's dog or due to a dog owner doing wrong, they don't do their job. The ask if you can hold onto the dog until owner is found or tell you, you need to call the police. First off, isn't that why we have animal control? So the police can do other police work not what animal control should be doing? Animal Control needs to handle it and if there's a problem, YOU call the police. Why continue paying them money for something they aren't doing? Anymore!
