Upper Township - I think the fact that of the 3 Republican candidates,only Will Morey felt the need to actually respond to the Herald's questionaire says everything you need to know about the state of democracy in Cape May County right now. When a single party is in control for this long, Republican or Democratic, public officials begin to feel they are entitled to their office. They no longer feel it is necessary to defend or explain their decisions to the public they are supposed to be serving.
