I received an email regarding parking at the Upper Township Comm

Upper Township - I received an email regarding parking at the Upper Township Community Center. It threatened tickets from state police for parking violations. What is the long-term plan here? Parking is extremely limited. There are no sidewalks along Route 50, making it unsafe to walk on the road. The lighting at nighttime is essentially nonexistent. Is it legal to park along Route 50? If so, are there plans for a sidewalk, lighting, maybe police to target speed violations or help people cross safely, rather than threaten parking tickets? UT is not a walkable town, thus requiring driving and parking.
