Upper Township - I have a question for the Cape May County GOP, Why are you replacing all your Upper Township incumbents in this Primary election with R.I.N.Os (Republicans in Name Only)? Is it posable the Upper Township Mayor and Deputy Mayor would rather put their residents first. NOT the party that once backed them? Inquiring minds would like to know the truth.
