I am still not understanding as to why people are still not work

Upper Township - I am still not understanding as to why people are still not working. People have said on here that it was lack of seasonal workers? Ok. The season is over. Then it was Covid? Ok. There is a vaccine for that. Then it was childcare? Ok. People are receiving child tax credit payments. Then it was unemployment? Ok. That ended on the 4th of September. Then it was schools not being open? Ok. They are fully reopened now. Is it because of the eviction moratorium and free utilities? That’s ending on December 31st. What other excuses do you have other than laziness?
