Upper Township - The goal of the state of NJ is to force all K-8 school districts to consolidate with K-12 districts. Upper, Dennis and others will no longer exist under this plan. The way they are doing this is underhanded and will hurt children. By cutting funding significantly to these schools, programs will be cut and learning will suffer.
