The freeholders should not be allowed to use our open space tax

Upper Township - The freeholders should not be allowed to use our open space tax revenue for historic and recreational projects. Voters did not approve the funds for that purpose. We want our open space fund to be used to preserve open space and nothing else. The open space program should focus on preventing our last open spaces from having houses or stores built on them.
