The B.L. England power plant should be closed.

Upper Township - The B.L. England power plant should be closed. It is obsolete, outdated and not worth it for the company to spend the money to upgrade it. Existing and new power plants that are about to go online can generate more electricity than the B.L. England plant ever could. The plant simply isn't needed. It should not be kept open just so Upper Township residents don't have to pay higher property taxes. There is no need to run a new gas line into Upper Township to the power plant. The B.L. England plant has always been an eyesore.
