Upper Township - Art Hall saying Republicans will "work it out" on healthcare is ignoring the fact that repeal/replace had been their promise for roughly seven years. All that time talking and they couldn't draft legislation?

Moderator's Note: 
The problem is we've got to raise taxes to pay for Obamacare's underfunding or work out a different system. None of that is easy.
