Upper Township - After the Nov. 8 election, nothing has changed in Upper Township. We will have the same people running the township. So you can expect more of the same; higher taxes, more money wasted and I expect no new stores are going to come to the non-business friendly township. The township could be a great place for small business owners to open new stores but until we get rid of all the current township committee members, it will be just more of the same.
