Since the Woodbine NJSP's attendance at Upper Township council meetings is hit or miss, can someone please have them address all of the pickup trucks driving around Upper, and Dennis Township operating the ILLEGAL light bars, flood lights etc.? It's getting out of hand that I drive just 5 miles and I get blinded by 4 different trucks.
