As a union rep. in a school district, I am aware that many directors of maintenance have roving eyes. The cameras are installed for security reasons, not for employees' movement inside the building. After a certain hour, there is no need to be spying on staff. I am sure that practice is not only illegal, but also an invasion of employee privacy.
