They have been discussing these new automated trash trucks for at least a couple of years. Now, after having spent almost half a million dollars for two of these trucks, there is concern over whether or not they can even navigate through the landfill, because of low ground clearance? Can we return these trucks and get our money back, sell them to another municipality that can actually use them, or exchange them for trucks that would be more useful to the township? If this happened to a private business, heads would roll, I'm sure.
