Ok Upper Township Primary, you tried your current plan for dismissal, it didn't work. Like not even close. When parents are lining up in your parking lot almost an hour early, and the line of cars hit Rt. 9, you need to change something. Besides dismissal taking an hour out of many parent's lives, someone is going to get killed because you stuck with an obviously flawed plan too long. Please fix it.
