To the NW spouter: Obviously you are not accountable for your actions. If you wore a seat belt in the first place, you would not have received a ticket. If you paid the ticket in a timely manner, you would not have received a warrant. If you did not have the warrant, you would not have been arrested. Do not blame the police for doing their job. You made those choices by being lazy or not fighting it in court. They have no choice but to arrest you, as stated on the warrant.
