My son, who is autistic, was enjoying his time on the swing, blissfully unaware that he was bumping into a grown man nearby. In an alarming turn of events, this man aggressively grabbed my son and squeezed his ankles, yelling at him in a fit of rage. The man was gritting his teeth, screaming at my son, who, of course, did not comprehend the hostility directed at him. To make matters worse, the homeowner, who is also a babysitter, was supposed to provide a safe environment for all the guests, sided with the aggressive man. Their lack of support towards us left us blindsided.
