Maybe the county should just remove the asphalt from their roadways, and leave them as dirt roads, since they seem pretty incompetent at maintaining their paved roadways. Dirt just needs the occasional pass of a grader to be smooth again. Every county road I've traveled on recently is, and has been crumbling.
