I attended the Upper Twp. BOE meeting, and am disappointed by the cuts the district had to make. What I am even more disappointed with, was the way BOE Member Newman treated a teacher speaking. This meeting was very emotional for parents and teachers, her body language and facial expressions the entire meeting were vile. Do better Mrs. Elected Official.
