Congressman Van Drew's statement on the recent tragedy in Wildwood is absolutely disrespectful and misleading. His assertion that the events that took place is somehow the fault of "far-left Democrats" is truly laughable. May I remind you that every countywide elected official, including Sheriff Nolan, is a Republican. Where was the Congressman while these criminals were rampaging through Wildwood? Van Drew and his Republican friends should be focused on fixing the mistakes that led to this horrible tragedy instead of playing national politics.
