Twice I’ve gone into City Hall to get answers to some questions and both times the woman on the 1st floor was pleasant and helpful and what she couldn’t answer she directed me to the second floor where the two times I was treated like I was wasting the girls time and she was more interested in her food on her desk which I took her away from. Glad to see at least one happy employee at city hall.
