Tuckahoe - To all the negative spouters regarding the local fire companies. These volunteers do this job for free. They sweat in the summer directing accident traffic, they get called in the middle of the night, they see near death and fatal situations, they risk their lives in burning buildings, they take time away from their families for training and they do all of this as a volunteer for their community. And how do you help your community? By nit picking the very people that volunteer to protect you and your families. Shame on you.
