Trump's executive order attempting to deny millions of American citizens the right to vote by mail is unconstitutional. The Constitution grants the power to regulate elections to Congress and the states, not to the president. His executive order would make it difficult if not impossible for these citizens to vote by mail: people with disabilities; older voters; those who cannot get to the polls because of transportation or other issues; and military families serving overseas. Who's trying to rig elections? Trump and his cronies.
