He has often made claims about the number of illegal ballots in various elections, most recently that 400 illegal ballot were cast in the state of Washington, thereby corrupting the outcomes, He must realize that it only takes a second to look up the number of eligible voters there, Then divide that into the 400 he claims are illegal to come out with eight one-thousandths of one % if all votes!!!. On the other hand, maybe he can't do that 5th grade arithmetic.
