Trump and Republicans are accusing Democrats of being soft on crime. It's the pot calling the kettle black. When it comes to being soft on crime, Trump and MAGAs have their own "claim to fame." Trump has pardoned scores of criminals who are his friends and supporters. Most infamously, he pardoned the 1/6/21 rioters who stormed the Capitol Building, killing and injuring police officers, and damaging the building to the extent of millions of dollars. Trump calls those criminals "patriots" and "heroes." No they're not. They are saboteurs and enemies of our democracy.
