Township of Lower - I’m watching the news on what the Supreme Court of Colorado has done thinking to myself when was Trump convicted of insurrection? I checked and he wasn’t. So this is a hypothetical ruling by the SC of a state in our union? That’s unheard of and from my research it’s the first ruling of a high court ruling based on something that hasn’t happened that I can find. Don’t worry, Colorado has lost its way and every constitutions scholar agrees that this is unconstitutional. Using the law to influence an election is a serious offense that deserves serious punishment, and rest assured it’s coming.
