What is going on with the Townsends Inlet Fire Station?

Townsends Inlet - What is going on with the Townsends Inlet Fire Station? There are asbestos tiles cracking and falling off the building, garage door windows are broken, the soffit is falling down, the grass is rarely mowed. It appears the lifeguards use the station more than the fire department. It's an eyesore for the neighbors.
