Townsend's Inlet - The school came down to make room for our new community center and so did the banners, plaques and trophies recognizing the students accomplishments in both academics and athletics. What did they save? The brass plaque of who was major and council at the time the building was built and flag pole that the mayor is proud will be moved to the VFW post. Wonder if his children's names were on those banners/trophies would the have went down with the building?
