Townsend's Inlet - As Memorial Day ended, a young woman planted her freshly painted seashells on the corner of her home lot along Landis Ave. in Townsend's Inlet. White star on deep blue, bright red and pure white, they were placed to form Old Glory as beautiful as any that fly throughout Sea Isle. Her work will stand through storms, ice and tides until she replaces it again next year. It is a profound meaning of the words “... that our flag was still there." Thanks, from a patriot.
