Hate to complain, but a porta potty was delivered on 93rd Street

Townsend's Inlet - Hate to complain, but a porta potty was delivered on 93rd Street, next to a house that is taking all year to take down and put up. Why can't porta potties be put in their backyard? Our street looks like a slum!
