Why do we continue to cut down beautiful 70 year old conifer trees and stick them up for 30 days in front of Rockefeller Center so tourists can spend money in New York. Isn’t about time we stop destroying these old forest trees and simply enjoy them in their natural habitat? Why not build an artificial tree and reuse it each year thus saving these trees from becoming wood pulp.
