To the spouter from Sea Isle asking why the city’s meeting is in the morning. Maybe it’s because we share our administrator with Ocean City and he is only here some mornings or is it that the Mayor runs a business that revolves around happy hour or it could be that most of the council are in line for the early bird special but most of all it’s because they don’t really want transparency in our government.
