So the city shut down a phychic that was doing mediums at the Sea Isle City library because of an ordinance? But there is an ordinance about picnics on the beach and a company to set up picnic on the beach and the city allows food (Acai bowls) to be sold on the beach. And isn’t there a painting class by a person on the beach that is against an ordinance. There are people who have private sports classes not in agreement with the city do they have proper insurance. Does the city do anything about them?
