Sea Isle cancelled their Halloween parade because of the weather. Granted it was raining in the morning and was sunny in the evening but to NOT have a rain date? All the people who worked hard to get floats and costumes, not to mention the businesses who participate and get stuff for the kids are now out money. Come on Sea Isle recreation Manager get with it there are children in this town who need events like this. the Assistant to the Director had a animal costume contest where they gave money as gifts but now nothing for the children.
