I took a beachwalk yesterday morning from 84th street to the TI bridge. 12 dogs TWELVE running around on the beach. No leashes, no bags, no control. People are simply totally ignoring the city ordinance banning dogs on the beaches . It’s no big deal I suppose but why have the ordinance and especially dog parks, and raise taxes on property owners to cover the cost? I have hesitated to do it but I’m going to trailer my horse to TI park and begin riding him down the beach in the morning. No ordinance against it that I could find. “ Hi O Silver ! “
