Town Bank - Why is there a note which states, “Not secure" at the top of the Spout Off website before the URL? Never noticed it before.

Moderator's Note:
In July of 2018, an update to Google Chrome started marking all web pages which are not encrypted with HTTPS as “not secure:” http://bit.ly/2Y1AiCj. This makes it easier to know whether your personal information is safe as it travels across the web. Since we don’t collect personal information via our Spout Off website, this upgrade has not been high on our priority list. The main Herald website, you’ll notice, is secured via HTTPS to protect the personal information of our subscribers and other website account holders.
