When Lower Township resumes putting in the beach access walkways

Town Bank - When Lower Township resumes putting in the beach access walkways along the bayfront, would they include entrance aprons? A landing spot to wipe the sand off or to gather children when exiting or entering these walkways was the original plan and would greatly reduce safety problems with very little additional costs.
