What is the new council going to do about the bay beaches before

Town Bank - What is the new council going to do about the bay beaches before summer comes, or are they going to do what the other council did; nothing? People walking over dunes, leaving trash, not leashing and picking up after dogs, etc. Rules need to be posted and enforced. Also, the weeds and brush need to be trimmed around the benches so people sitting there can see the sunsets.
