Town Bank - We are fortunate to have a solicitor in the township, who served as a prosecutor in the L.T. courts. His position was to prosecute those who violated township and state statues. I believe he is in a tough situation in that he was appointed by the governing body and at the same time must ensure the citizens in the township that laws are impartial and fairly enforced. As an officer of the court, I am sure this will be his mission going forward. Politics has no play in the distribution of the law. The law should apply equally!
