Town Bank - The township I once resided in Pennsylvania has an indoor and outdoor pool complex. It was built about 25-30 years ago. This summer, the pools were closed. Indoor and outdoor, no pool. All of a sudden, the entire complex needed a huge overhaul, costing upwards of $10-$15 million. Who is on the hook? Taxpayers, in a township that is known for insane taxes. Taxpayers said no. Now, the township is stuck with a huge concrete wasteland. Don't do the same to Lower Township. Use the pools on the East and West Coast of the peninsula to swim and recreate.
