Town Bank - Time to have a serious discussion about dogs, their bodily functions, and the hazards they create. Biologically, dog waste is the same as human. No matter how fast owners are with the grab bags, dog germs are left at the scene. There is no way to contain their urine. We need a law to have dogs go only on their owner's property. There also should be a dog tax for all the burden dogs place on a community. Also, the tax could help poor and less fortunate dogs that seem to be left for the public to feed and provide vet care and housing. I like dogs; some owners I could do without!
