There seems to be a growing number of people in Cape May County

Town Bank - There seems to be a growing number of people in Cape May County who are displaying red, green, and blue lights on their vehicles. This is inherently dangerous as well as illegal. If I can see it driving around the county, why can't the police, and why aren't they doing anything about it?
