Town Bank - With summer soon upon us, what is the council's plan regarding rules for the bay beaches? Do something about the dogs not on leashes, owners not picking up dog waste, people launching catamarans over the dunes, etc. Please establish rules and publish them in the paper; so, everyone knows. Hopefully you will do a better job for this beautiful area.
