Town Bank - Russia, under Putin’s orders, has interfered in elections in France, Germany, Britain, and of course, the USA. All are democracies. Such attacks aren’t something to joke about at summits. Trump gave Putin a smirk and a snarky comment that he said was a joke. Maybe to him it was, but not to me. He should show leadership by joining all interfered-with countries to install costly penalties and sanctions.
