Town Bank - Regarding the spout about a person getting a ticket for not stopping at a stop sign, I really do feel for the person who has to pay $85, however I must say, I have noticed a phenomenon here and really think we should just change stop signs to stoop signs (speed-up to outrun the oncoming person). There's a reason we have stop signs. Just follow the law. We are all in such a hurry. Then there are the people making a left-hand turn that start their turn 25 to 30 yards before the intersection in order to beat the oncoming car. Be patient. Prevent an accident.
