Town Bank - Regarding the POA's (property owners association) decision on the Town Bank beach entrance improvements, if it's a fact that the majority of the residents support it then they should join the POA and vote accordingly. If the majority of the current membership does not approve of the improvements then it will not get done. I believe that the decision rests with the membership and not others' sentiments.
