Town Bank - Re: speeding on Townbank Rd., a North Cape May spouter is mistaken that this does not occur on Clubhouse Drive simply because it is 25 mph. I live on Clubhouse Drive, and people zoom through constantly! The flashing speed limit sign is a laughable “deterrent” for speeders. What’s worse are people who illegally park so close to intersections and stop signs, making it impossible to see oncoming traffic. I agree that Townbank Rd. is bad, but both streets need more attention from Lower Twp. police.
