Town Bank - New to the beach block - what is with the man who feels the need to share racist jokes and conspiracy theories. It's just strange to walk my dogs mid day and get approached to hear about how he feels others are out to get him or a joke about another race. All I want to do is get my dogs some exercise. And I can't escape him...
